TRANSFORM + MANIFEST is a unique 6-months coaching journey for your own transformation, empowerment & manifestation of your career dreams. You'll use your mind, breath and creativity to connect with your true powerful self, let the false beliefs fall away so you can vibrate on your authentic, high star level and take ALIGNED, fun action from that place to co-create your acting dreams with the universe. WHAT TO EXPECT Your journey begins with an inspiring questionnaire to help you get clear on what you really would love to experience. From there we will have a first conversation about what came up for you and how your transformational manifestation journey will look like. Then I'll teach you a simple, powerful breathing technique which you'll practice while I guide you on your journey alongside a powerful music set. Each session we start by talking about your progress and questions that might have come up and then we'll dive into our next mindset and active breathing part. We will finish by integrating your experience and how you can keep empowering yourself in your daily life. * Each journey is different and unique to you. * It's for beginners and professional actors alike. * All sessions are done virtually via zoom (in-person sessions available in LA for extra fee) * You will experience weekly transformative breathwork sessions (90-120 min) for 24 weeks with inspiring assignments + ongoing email-support. *You will also get access to my Online Course for your own breathwork practice. “All the goals that I had for this journey have happened, but indirectly. For private session: If you cancel your booking with less than 24 hours notice, you are not eligible for a refund. For courses: If you cancel your booking with less than 48 hours notice, you are not eligible for a refund.
